Property owners could receive a $100 fine if they are sighted breaching the sprinkler roster by an inspector. If members of the public witness anyone breaching the sprinkler roster, they are encouraged to report it online at watercorporation.com.au/breach or call 13 10 39. 

FYI, sprinkler rosters were introduced in 2001 and made permanent across WA in 2007 to assist water efficiency measures.
