The Shire of Leonora Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2021 came into effect on 13 August 2021.

The purpose is to provide for the appointment or election of a captain, a first lieutenant, a second lieutenant, and such additional lieutenants as may be necessary as officers of Bush Fire Brigades in the district, and prescribe their respective duties.

The effect is that the appointment or election of a captain, a first lieutenant, a second lieutenant, and such additional lieutenants as may be necessary as officers of Bush Fire Brigades in the district is prescribed, as are their respective duties.
